Berwick Career Closet was established after recognizing the necessity for such a resource on campus. The generosity of donations has been crucial in providing the closet with gently used items.
Each semester, students can receive a full outfit free of charge.
The Berwick Career Closet aims to provide JU students with business attire for:
- Interviews
- Presentations
- Business Dinners
- Business Meetings
- Internship/Job Clothing
- And more!

Make an Appointment
If you are a student who is looking for assistance on what a business appropriate outfit means, you can schedule a one-on-one appointment with a Career Peer through Starfish. Starfish can be accessed through your MyJU portal. The Career Peer will walk you through the entire process, so don’t stress!

Walk-ins are welcome during Berwick Closet Career hours (Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
How to Donate
Donations are always accepted and appreciated! Donations can be brought directly to the Student Success Center. Anyone is welcome to donate, whether you are a student, faculty member or a JU alumni! All donations are dry cleaned and pressed before being offered to students in the closet.
Eligibility
The Career Closet welcomes students of all sizes, and offers a variety of professional clothing options. All Undergraduate and Graduate students are welcome!
